VidTube AI Studio is an AI-powered content creation platform. We are committed to operating in compliance with copyright law. Our platform:

- ✓ Uses licensed AI models (Claude, GPT-4o) that are operated by their respective providers under their own terms.
- ✓ Sources stock footage for the Script to Video tool exclusively from copyright-free licensed providers (Pexels, Pixabay) that grant commercial use rights.
- ✓ Does not reproduce, store, or redistribute copyrighted music, video, or written works without authorization.
- ✓ Responds promptly and appropriately to all valid DMCA takedown notices.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through our Service infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid, complete notice, we will:
- › Review the notice for completeness and validity within 5 business days.
- › Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly if the notice is valid.
- › Notify the user who uploaded or created the content of the takedown.
- › Document the notice for potential counter-notice and legal proceedings.

Required Information for a Takedown Notice
To be valid and actionable under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your written notice must include all of the following:
Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
Identification of the Infringing Material
The exact URL(s) on vidtubestudio.com where the allegedly infringing material is located. A general description is insufficient — we need the specific URL(s) to act.

Warning: False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a serious legal matter.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you are a VidTube AI Studio user and believe that material you created or uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake, or that you have authorization to use that material, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will:
- › Forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party.
- › Inform the complaining party that we will restore the removed material in 10 business days, unless the complaining party files an action seeking a court order.
- › Restore the removed material (or disable the block on access) within 10–14 business days after receiving the counter-notice — unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed a court action.

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notice must include all of the following:

The specific URL(s) or description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
Statement of Good Faith Belief
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your Contact Information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Consent to Jurisdiction
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if you are outside the United States, the courts of Pakistan), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

6 Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VidTube AI Studio maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are deemed, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We will terminate the accounts of any user who causes us to receive two (2) or more valid, uncontested DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, even after a first offense, in cases of egregious infringement.
7 AI-Generated Content and Copyright
VidTube AI Studio uses AI models (including Claude and GPT-4o) to generate content such as video titles, descriptions, tags, scripts, and images. Regarding AI-generated content and copyright:
- ›AI-generated text and images produced by our tools are created from scratch by the model and are not copied or reproduced from any specific copyrighted source.
- ›You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing and ensuring they do not inadvertently reproduce any copyrighted material.
- ›If you believe AI-generated content produced by our platform reproduces your copyrighted work, please submit a DMCA notice per Section 2 above with specific URLs and evidence of infringement.
- ›Copyright in AI-generated content is an evolving legal area. We make no guarantee that AI outputs are entirely free of potential third-party IP claims and recommend users exercise their own due diligence.

Our Studio Max Script to Video feature uses stock footage sourced exclusively from licensed, copyright-free providers:
